1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm financing, ACH transfer, and wire transfer.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and authorized third-party payment processors.
2. Payment Authorization
Orders paid via credit card or financing will not be released until authorization and capture are complete.
Orders paid via ACH or wire transfer will not be released until funds have been fully received and verified.
3. Milestone and Commercial Payments
For commercial transactions involving milestone payments, shipment and scheduling will not occur until all required milestone payments have been received and verified.
Deposits may become non-refundable upon manufacturer order placement or commencement of production.
4. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change prior to order acceptance.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required by law.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers agree to contact SimVerse HQ to attempt resolution.
Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may constitute a breach of the Terms of Service to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Incorporation by Reference
This Payment Policy supplements and is incorporated into the SimVerse HQ Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Payment Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.
