We collect personal information directly from you, from Shopify (our ecommerce platform), payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, and Affirm), financing partners, advertising platforms (including Google and Meta), analytics providers, and service providers assisting in fulfillment and installation.

We use personal information to process transactions, coordinate shipping and installation, provide customer support, conduct consultations, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, improve website performance, and conduct marketing and advertising activities.

4. Advertising and Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising

8.1 Response Timing

8.2 Identity Verification
To protect your privacy and security, we may require verification of your identity before processing your request. Verification may include confirmation of personal information previously provided to us. We will only use information provided in a consumer request for verification purposes.
8.3 Right to Appeal
If we deny your request in whole or in part, you may submit an appeal by contacting us at cs@simversehq.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal Request.” We will review and respond to your appeal in accordance with applicable law.
8.4 Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf under applicable California privacy laws.
If you use an authorized agent to submit a request, we may require:
(a) Written authorization signed by you permitting the agent to act on your behalf;
(b) Verification of your identity directly with us; and
(c) Proof that the authorized agent is properly registered with the California Secretary of State, if required by law.
We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit sufficient proof of authorization or identity verification as permitted by applicable law.
